A Vision for Honest Medicine and Health Reform

The Independent Medical Alliance (IMA) brings together a vast and growing network of healthcare professionals—physicians, researchers, and scientists—across every discipline of medicine. United by courage and conviction, these professionals have stepped forward to provide sound, science-based recommendations that challenge the entrenched and often destructive policies promoted by U.S. government agencies, hospital systems, and pharmaceutical corporations that too often prioritize profits over patients.

We remain encouraged by the early steps this administration has taken toward restoring trust in healthcare—particularly the decision to remove the COVID-19 mRNA vaccine from the childhood and pregnancy schedules. But much more work remains. To track progress and accountability, IMA is developing a public Health Policy Scorecard—a real-time measure of how federal leaders are aligning with the priorities that put patients, families, and physicians first.
