    Dr. Liz Mumper says the dose of melatonin given to children depends on what you are using it for. She says if you are using it for sleep, .5-1.0 mg is a good place to start. She discusses dosage for use as an antioxidant, and other uses, where it is actually a much higher dose. She also recommends using long-acting form, or extended release, form of melatonin for use in children.

    Dr. Liz Mumper says that yes, the evidence shows that breastmilk does contain spike protein if the mother has been vaccinated. Dr. Mumper says she is very concerned about babies who are breastfed by vaccinated mothers. She says one of the things that is really important to consider is making sure babies are not constipated, and suggests using magnesium citrate and aloe vera juice for babies to help make sure they aren’t constipated.
