Dr. Jennifer Hibberd, Senior Fellow, Dentistry and Nutrition
Dr. Jennifer Hibberd is a distinguished Doctor of Dental Surgery with specialized expertise in pediatric care. With a career spanning both private practice and hospital-based surgery, she currently serves as Chief of Dental Surgery at one of Canada’s largest hospital centres. In addition to her clinical leadership, Dr. Hibberd is a respected university educator and scientific editor, contributing to the advancement of both dental and medical sciences.
Dr. Hibberd completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Toronto, followed by postgraduate training and a hospital residency at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City—one of the world’s premier institutions for medical education and clinical research.
At the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, Dr. Hibberd was the first English-speaking medical professional to publicly raise awareness about the therapeutic potential of Ivermectin, initiating global interest and investigation into its use. Her leadership in this space catalyzed critical discourse and scientific inquiry during a time of uncertainty.
Motivated by the health challenges of the pandemic, Dr. Hibberd expanded her scope of practice, earning certification as a Registered Orthomolecular Health Practitioner and becoming an active voice in the emerging field of quantum medicine. Her integrative perspective combines clinical experience with cutting-edge innovation in health science.
Dr. Hibberd is a founder of several national and international health alliances, including the Canadian Covid Care Alliance (CCCA). She serves as Vice-President of both the Canada Health Alliance and the World Freedom Alliance, and is a Senior Fellow with the Independent Medical Alliance (FLCCC). She also represents Canada as Ambassador for the People’s Health Alliance.
Her international collaborations include advisory and liaison roles with a wide range of organizations: the South African Vaccine Injured Medico-Legal Study Group (SAVIMS), the International Inspired Network Organization, and Medicos Pela Vida—Doctors for Life—the largest medical alliance in Latin America, where she serves on the Scientific Committee and acts as international liaison.
Dr. Hibberd has co-authored numerous scientific publications addressing critical COVID-19 topics, including landmark studies from Peru and Brazil that provide compelling evidence supporting the efficacy of Ivermectin. Her published work also brings attention to urgent concerns around vaccine safety and patient advocacy.
To strengthen global cooperation and public access to vetted health information, Dr. Hibberd founded CONNECT: Toronto, a communications initiative using Telegram and Signal platforms to unite health-conscious communities. She also launched the CONNECT: Health Channel, which shares curated, evidence-based content from trusted international networks.
Outside of pandemic-related efforts, Dr. Hibberd has founded multiple charities devoted to child health and safety, and she has held numerous board positions throughout her career. Her lifelong dedication to patient-centered care is matched by her commitment to public education, critical thinking, and empowering both healthcare professionals and the public to challenge conventional boundaries and embrace innovation in health.
