FAQ
Will this conference be live streamed or recorded? We will not live stream the conference, but it will be recorded in its entirety and available online as an Education On Demand offering after the event, for either a suggested donation or for purchase (with CEUs).
What is your refund policy? We will provide a 100% refund for conference/networking dinner tickets through Friday, March 31st and a 50% refund from April 1-14. After April 14 we are unable to honor refund requests. Please refer to the Marriott reservation desk (1-817-961-0800 Ext. 3025) for their room refund policy.
Can I buy a reduced price ticket to attend part of the conference? The conference lectures are designed to build upon one another, so we encourage full attendance at the entire event. We are unable to provide discounted ticket prices for partial attendance. However, all lectures will be available after the event as part of FLCCC’s online Education On Demand offering.
What is the attire for the event? The conference is business casual and the Networking Dinner is either cocktail attire or business casual, whichever you prefer.
Is there an airport shuttle available? No, but the hotel suggests Advantage Limos. You can also find more information about the hotel’s location here. The hotel is 23 miles from Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport.
