Hi @AaronAF , it’s like whack-a-mole. Some spam gets through. The vast majoroity of it doesn’t. So then I have to find the discussion or reply and set it to spam and suspend the account.

It is of course sad that you have not received any further recommendations from your treating physicians. As a former director of a biological cancer clinic, I recommend that you take your fate into your own hands. There are self-help groups, churches offer support, there are psychologists, and I hope that you will find help in your surroundings.
