I had stage 2 TNBC from the covid shot and I didn’t chemo (they wanted 4 plus immunotherapy). The data wasn’t there for chemo before surgery, and as soon as I had surgery I had no circulating tumor cells and no evidence of disease. That was almost 5 years ago. I did alternative therapies including a lot of hbot and high dose IV C. Most doctors with any understanding of integrative cancer care are giving IV C with the chemo, and it helps a lot. Fasting during chemo also helps and reduces side effects significantly.
