PharmacyOnAir.com. Have ordered from them multiple times and have never had a package seized by Customs as others have with mult suppliers. Someone did a Substack analysis a couple years ago on the sources of IVM and India actually came out above Eden Bridge and the American compounding pharmacies, so I would have no qualms ordering from them. Stick to reasonable amounts of pills (200-600) so as to not draw attention to package.

From the US you can get IVM from The Medicine Counter in Hixson (Chattanooga) TN. They have a decent price.

For prophylactic purposes and to have on hand post covid, I was using a New Hampshire compounding pharmacy for IVM and they were great. Then they had a flood and I had to find another facility. Switched to a CT compounding pharmacy and couldn’t afford them anymore. I recently used allfamilypharmacy.com in Florida. There needs to be one of these pharmacies in every state and the cost shouldn’t be as high as it is when it is widely used both off label and not. I’ve concluded that not much has changed since the days of covid. A few brave patriots figured out how to help the awakened souls, yet there are still far too many not willing to do anything about it! Make IVM over the counter in every state and financially accessible to everyone. That should be one of the new goals of MAHA…

You can find US based companies that are now selling IVM at about 20 to 40 cents per 12mg tablet. Not cheap but not outrageous either. They advertise often on facebook and I’m willing to bet on other social media platforms. I’m about ready to do another IndiaMart order as my supply is starting to get low. I have no problem with the quality of the product I have received over the years. My only concern now is if there is a huge tariff that would no longer make the purchase economical.
