<p>I know it well!  My wife and I started using it during Covid.  I have emphysema, and it has helped me avoid respiratory infections, which are rather serious for me.  It&#8217;s pretty pricey, though.  Xylitol powder in bulk is quite reasonable, and lasts a long time.</p>

I suffer from neuropathy, too, and haven&#8217;t found any MD (in MA or KY where we&#8217;ve lived the past 15 yrs.) that knows what caused it or what to do about it.  I&#8217;ve  had offers of risky and speculative surgeries, which I declined. </p>

I had one originally, but it went the way of the dodo when 3G was no longer in use.  Our Pure Talk provider offered a low end Nokia, which was the cheapest, dumbest phone they offered.  It is technically a smart phone, I guess, but it&#8217;s not very capable of much other than sending/receiving&hellip;</p>

Metformin and a lipophilic statin (I&#8217;m taking simvastatin) work synergistically against cancer, according to Jane McClellan&#8217;s book.  Low-dose (4.5 mg) naltrexone is also supposed to be good.  You need a compounding  pharmacy for that one; I&hellip;</p>
