silent reflux

As usual the supernatural powers of Instagram have found my symptoms and several perfect cures. The symptoms are quite accurate. Not sure about the cures. For about the past year my voice has suffered from congestion in my throat. I have to continually clear my throat in order to speak. No sinus drip or difficulty breathing day or night. The “cures” being sold online include EsoClear, kombucha gummies and various powders, syrups, pills. I cannot trust the sales pitches. Is there a non seller who has actually found a successful treatment?

“As usual the supernatural powers of Instagram have found my symptoms and several perfect cures” 😅

I believe there is a lot of overlap between treating GERD and silent reflux (LPR) so thought I would share a link to our free guide on the subject.

My husband is trying the ESO Repair now. He has the same issue but it might be tied to post nasal drip. He just started it a few days ago so I’ll report back

I had bad allergy symptoms for many years and I was taking Allegra fluconase Sudafed Benadryl and sinus rinse but it never went away and Allegra made it worse. 2020 I started taking Z protocol quercetin, bromelain, C, zinc and D3. My allergies improved. I still take all of that and I don’t have any symptoms of allergies anymore except itchy eyes sometimes.

The response from D544 is RIGHT ON! And especially vitamin D-3 of which I take 120,000 I.U. daily. 5.000 I.U,. daily is a good standard dose for adults but many find that it takes 10,000 I.U. per day for optimal protection.

I have know a few patients whose similar symptoms stopped when they stopped consuming dairy products.

I’ve dealt with silent reflux for years, and it was a game-changer when I switched to smaller, more frequent meals. Has anyone else tried adjusting meal sizes? How did it work for you?

Have you tried Budesonide spray for the postnasal-drip symptom of silent reflux? Even though it probably won’t cure the root cause of silent reflux, could it possibly reduce that bothersome symptom you described?

The Midwestern Doctor writes of silent reflux here and a few of his other posts it is mentioned: https://www.midwesterndoctor.com/p/stomach-acid-is-vital-for-health?utm_source=publication-search
