The second exercise focuses on the spleen and stomach.

The third exercise focuses on the heart and small intestines.

I think your friend (and you too) will benefit from doing them. Just follow the lead of the ZOOM host, who happens to be a licensed acupuncturist, as well as a certified instructor of QiGong.

I do not believe you should feel sad or disappointed that the reported paper was retracted. Retraction of a paper by a journal editor is a common reaction based on fear of retribution by the pharmaceutical industry. Here’s why:

“Dr Zeballo’s published article … was simple case reports and was stated to be a hypothesis. I think the stated reason for retraction of essentially fear of early adoption of similar treatment by practitioners without convincing evidence is not a good reason for retraction of a published article on case studies. There is no reference of flawed methodology or other reason for retraction. I am still hopeful that Dr McCullough and Dr Hazen will work with Dr Zeballos on further exploration of this concept of a SARS-CoV2 reservoir for spike protein production hiding from the immune system in the gut microbiome.

I think the hypothesis is likely correct and plan to continue to try ivermectin in cases like this in addition to Ultimate Spike Detox following a similar protocol to the one used by Dr Zeballos.”

This was a comment posted to the Dr. McCullough’s website by a DO who saw the report and read about its retraction.

I had quite a journey myself in dealing with “messed up bowels” after the COVID shots. I’m happy to report I’ve resolved those issues. So, the good news is it CAN be done.

The gut and the immune system are one and the same. If you have a leaky gut, you have immune issues, and vice versa… if your immune system is compromised, your gut is going to have issues.

For me the first step was a low inflammatory diet. I basically went Dr. Gundry. See his book Gut Check. Dr. Berkowitz Keith Berkowitz MD, MBA – Independent Medical Alliance prescribed that I take colostrum. Colostrum helps the small intestine, immune system, etc. I also take a 24-strain probiotic (from Gundry). To kick it up another notch I started taking pomegranate peel/hull powder. I take 2 tablespoons of olive oil every morning and every evening. I take inulin in the morning. I also take a tablespoon of vinegar (any kind) in the morning. Vinegar is a postbiotic (acetic acid – acetate, a SCFA). SCFAs (short chain fatty acids) are produced in the gut and they hep the entire gut environment. Some can be taken, such as vinegar. Vinegar is from fermentation – which is what our gut also does.

Dr. Jason Hawrelak, PhD is a world expert in microbiome and you can find lots of resources from him. One of his main go-to strategies with the gut is pomegranate peel powder.

Get a book called “Microscopic Colitis” by Wayne Persky. Take 4 mg of naltrexone at bedtime. Eat two Pepto-Bismol tablets four times daily (the bismuth is a great bug-killer). Steroid anti-inflammatories do not really help because it causes (painful) constipation which is worse than the diarrhea. Eliminating grain products and sugar from the diet can be dramatically helpful.
