    Hello,

When taking Ivermectin for Cancer what is the best way to get your recommended daily dose? I notice that the Ivermectin pills have to be taken on an empty stomach. Do you take the daily dose all at once or do you spread the dose out throughout the day?

While I appreciate that information, it’s for CV19. I didn’t see a protocol for cancer? Is it the same?

Hi shortstop, fair observation. I’m not medically trained, so I can only present info collated by our doctors/researchers.

Here is the info on IVM dosage in the Cancer Care Guide on page 94 of the download which can be found here. https://imahealth.org/research/cancer-care/. Hope this helps.

“Dosing and cautions The optimal dosing strategy with ivermectin is unclear. De Castro et al reported the use of 1mg/kg/day for up to 6 months in three pediatric patients with refractory AML without untoward side effects. (749) Ishiguro et al reported the use of ivermectin 12 mg twice weekly.(750) Anecdotal evidence suggest that a daily dose of 12-18 mg may be effective (prescribed indefinitely). As ivermectin has a remarkable safety record long term treatment at this dose appears safe. As mentioned previously, ivermectin may be synergistic with mebendazole. As ivermectin does not cross the blood-brain barrier, it is likely ineffective for brain tumors. Furthermore, caution is advised in patients with disruption of the blood-brain barrier. “

Perfect. I presume that the menbendazole can also be taken safely for an indefinite period of time. I’ll check for the dosage.

Please note that IVM is fat soluble and will be better absorbed if taken with a meal that has some fat in it. Here is a link to a PubMed article on multitargeted drug ivermectin … which goes into depth about cancer and IVM.

I read that taking it on an empty stomach got it in to your lower bowel, where it was effective for several types of parasites.

For the corona, I read take with food for more bloodstream absorption.

Hopefully somebody with real knowledge posts for cancer.

I am taking IVM for cancer and take 36mg with breakfast (fats in my egg and generous amount of cheese). If you need it in your blood stream to treat cancer in the body, one would assume it would be best to take with food.
