I remember a friend saying that a plan of what she should eat while getting treated for cancer would really help, so I was delighted to see the substack from Dr. Marik.
He has put together a detailed guide to ketogenic diets in cancer care. He explains the science and answers the everyday questions about what to eat, how to plan meals, where fasting fits, and how to stay well nourished during treatment.
