From what I have read, IVM is one of the safest drugs that exist. I take 12 mg per week as a prophylactic. I had 2 Pizer mRNA shots with no side effects, so far.

I purchased Xlear brand Xylitol based nasal spray based on a strong recommendation by Peter McCollough two years ago. I cannot find that video but here is a link to his opinions.

I purchased 2 bottles and used them but don’t know if they worked for me. I am going on a trip next month and I am going to get another bottle to take on the flight.

It was almost 4 years ago when I started my lifestyle change which resulted in shedding 5 prescriptions. I took ACV straight a couple of ounces at a time. Later I used it in salad dressing of oil and vinegar.

These days I take a tablespoon in a glass of water. Joseph Mercola recommends against taking ACV straight because it can harm the enamel in the teeth.
