In Maine (and perhaps other states) pharmacists are not allowed to fill ivermectin prescriptions per order of the governor during the pandemic.

I have had great luck with a couple of compounding pharmacies. They are very knowledgeable, and can formulate the dose based on diagnosis and body weight. The dose to prevent and treat COVID-19 is very different from the dose to treat cancer.

One compounding pharmacist has even compounded high dose ivermectin in a lozenge when the cancer patient couldn’t swallow medicine because the intestine was blocked.

I have found compounding pharmacists to be a God send for 4 years now. There is never any question about quality or dose. That gives great peace of mind.

I am seriously considering traveling from Maine to attend the conference. It sounds very exciting, especially at this time. The cost is more than I can really afford, and I was disappointed to read that no continuing medical education credits will be granted.

I really need to be in a room full of like-minded (ie, independent-minded medical professionals) folks. That would be so supportive for me. I do good work every day, and make a difference in the lives of my patients. But running a solo medical practice in a rural setting can be lonely sometimes. I wish there was an option to attend remotely, to avoid the cost of plane, hotel, etc,

I have seen a tremendous increase in tinnitus in my clinical practice, especially over the past few years.

It is a very common side effect of the COVID mRNA shots.

Tinnitus is also a very common symptom of Lyme disease, especially chronic Lyme. Successful treatment of Lyme helps some. But when it has been caused by the COVID shot, or exacerbated by the COVID shot, I have not had luck in helping my patients get rid of it.

I wonder if the protocol for treating COVID shot injuries has addressed this issue with certain specific medicines helping to diminish this terribly annoying problem.

I also wonder if different etiologies / causation requires different treatment.
