Have you seen the speculation that the Biden administration might pardon Dr. Fauci.

Do you think this should happen?

Yes, I think it’s a really well researched and referenced piece of work that that would leave little doubt in a reader’s mind that Fauci should be investigated rather than pardoned.

That seems to be the overriding opinion.

Absolutely not!!! That smug little weasel will probably get off scot-free and that thought makes me sick. He’s responsible for so much death and destruction.

why is it so easy for those with money to claim pardons for their criminality.

we have people sitting in prisons for 40-50 yrs for crimes they did not even commit but they just happen to be people of color, like Leonard Peltier or Mumia Abu Jamal. even when their prosecutors have admitted to their innocense we cannot get them released.

Put this man who is responsible for attempting mass genocide in an orange jump suit and leave in isolation cubicles for the rest of his life. Add the rest of that cabal to the imprisoned and throw away the key

To be pardoned means one is guilty of something. Therefore, he is admitting guilt if he even considers accepting a pardon. Fauci has so much blood on his hands. He should pay the consequences of his evil deeds. NO PARDON for him

Agreed! First of all, he needs to be tried for crimes against Humanity. Apparently, Biden must have assumed that Fauci is guilty of SOMETHING, but what? This weird turn of events has put the-cart-before-the-horse. I feel Fauci MUST be tried.

Good question. My initial emotional thought was absolutely not. For all of the people who died, for all those who have been covid or vaccine injured, for everyone who lost their business or their job thanks to draconian policies, and for those like me who now have medical debt and mental scars due to being hospitalized and still surviving this lab leaked virus… There must be justice.

Then a second, more rational thought… if he has not been officially charged, how can he be preemptively pardoned?

Thinking about preemptive pardons reminded me of Christianity. How many people currently alive in this world believe that Jesus died for their sins? And, if that is true, is that not a preemptive pardon?

I don’t get to decide, but if it were up to me, I want to see what he’s charged with and then see all of the evidence. I think the world needs that. And I think it goes beyond Fauci.

Nobody that is guilty of crimes against humanity should be pardoned.

congressional hearings on COVID strongly indicates corruption, with fauci at the nexus. yet, the Biden DOJ could not be persuaded to pursue. The handling of COVID was abominable. No, we should let the next DOJ decide.

I suspect that he will be pardoned, note that only applies to federal crimes, not state. I hope he lives the rest of his life in fear that each person that passes him by might be someone who has been harmed by him and wants justice.

It is so sad the horror that he has caused ! Everyone has been affected by the evil plan to hurt and control all humans. I thank God for the huge sacrifice that our wonderful doctors and Healthcare professionals have done so selflessly! Instead of focusing on a pardon, let’s get our Healthcare professionals the recognition, that what they have done, has really saved lives and their practice of medicine is what we need more of. Instead of us being guinea pigs for big pharma, who are causing more illness and problems.

That would be wonderful if the people that are the real heroes in difficult times got the most coverage, rather than the people that are bought and sold. 🙂

Should he be pardoned? NO. Will he be pardoned? Probably. Can individual states then go after him? Absolutely. As an aside, I’ve heard the experimental labs he set up in Ukraine have been relocated to Africa. The corruption goes so very deep.

I’m thinking that crimes against humanity should be adjudicated by the International Criminal Court. Perhaps each of the 50 states can decide if he is a criminal that deserves prosecution. Do any of the states have standing for a cause of action? Does he have immunity from prosecution at all levels of government? Does the ICC have the authority to prosecute a criminal organization in the US? I’m thinking the best avenue for justice would be the international route since there would be too much political pressure in the US to not do anything.

No, definitely Fauci should NOT be pardoned. He needs to pay for what he has done. He is the worse kind of criminal and a disgrace to the medical community.

I think that he should be prosecuted for crimes against humanity and go to jail instead of a presidential pardon! Why he hasn’t been criminally charged is beyond me, but I do think that the American people should remove his tax payers security team and instead use those same millions of $$$ to prosecute him! Why he should be protected after trying to harm the US Citizens for over the last 40-50 years is beyond the pale!
