If you happen to be in Texas later this month, why not swap the usual evening plans for something a little more interesting?
On March 25, 2026, the Brownstone Supper Club in Austin is hosting an evening with Dr. Joseph Varon, a chance to sit down, share a meal, and enjoy an open conversation about medicine, science, and the last few extraordinary years.

🕕 Time: 6:30 PM
🎟 Tickets: $55 per person
Think of it as dinner with a side of honest medicine and lively discussion. No scripts, no talking points, just thoughtful conversation with people who are curious, engaged, and not afraid to ask questions.
As for the menu… we can’t promise exactly what will be on the plate, but you can probably expect good food, good company, and plenty of food for thought.

We are excited to have Dr. Varon join us in a few weeks for dinner and conversation about returning healthcare to it’s roots! Our Brownstone supper clubs have an electric vibe of curiosity, connection and honest dialogue — the perfect setting for Dr. Varon.
