Would You Hide the Truth to Keep Your Job?

I was listening to a podcast today and the host tossed out an interesting question after sharing this story:

A university nutrition professor spent an hour lecturing students on good diet using the USDA food-pyramid.

After class, a student challenged him, “Why didn’t you mention the studies on ketogenic diets?”

Professor admits… “I actually eat keto myself, but if I taught it, I’d lose my job.”

How many people in white coats or corner offices know the guidelines are outdated, or even harmful, but stick to the script to protect their position?

Another shocking example is in the Movie “An Inconvenient Study” found an unpublished vaccine study from Henry Ford Health, it found startling associations between vaccination and chronic illness. The lead author — a respected, pro-vaccine physician, refused to publish, not because the science was weak, but because he feared losing his career.

Our IMA docs don’t do that; for example, Dr. Marik reversed his own diabetes with the same diet advice he gives patients. The network of IMA doctors are all united in the fight for Honest Medicine, and are focussed on putting patients before profits.

    Questions for you:

    • What percentage of health pros do you think quietly do the opposite of their public advice?

    • Have you ever spotted a doctor, teacher, or policymaker saying one thing and living another?

    • If you were in that professor’s shoes, would you risk the job, or keep the secret?

I already lost my job once in 2021 when I refused to take or give the Covid shots (I also objected to lockdowns and school and business closures and the testing of patients who aren’t sick, but that’s another story).

My nursing pledge says “I will abstain from whatever is deleterious and mischievous, and will not take or knowingly administer any harmful drug”. After watching patient after patient get sicker and sicker the more shots of any kind they take, I can no longer give any “vaccines” with a clear conscience.

I will no longer take them myself and it would be immoral of me to give something I now know can cause significant harm and has demonstrated very little benefit, if any.

I will be losing my job again this month (at a “holistic” nursing company run by vegans and vegetarians, no less) because I will not administer flu shots to my patients anymore. My religious exemption is, again, being ignored because, I presume, the pharma money is just too good for my boss to pass up.

It has been very demoralizing to see formerly decent doctors and nurses succumb to the pressure and payoffs of the pharmaceutical industry. I became a nurse to make a living, sure, but I am supposed to be a healer, not a dealer.

Generating more income for my employer is not in the pledge I took over 18 years ago and it is depressing that mainstream and even holistic medicine has been reduced to that.

Without trying to diminish the awful situation you find yourself in because you put your patients first, can we say thank you for being one of the few that is ready to make this stand. I hope that you soon find a job with people that will appreciate you.

Completely agree with a thank you from me too. “but I am supposed to be a healer, not a dealer.” Such a huge few words.

    Stand with truth always!

Yes, also was fired (NP internal medicine) in Nov 2020 for writing mask exemption notes for patients which allowed them to both keep their jobs and also breathe while working.

It was a blessing, a line in the sand that I won’t cross.

Stand in truth and He will sustain you! ❤️🙏🏼

Interesting! I share my view as a 25-year nutrition professor. The U.S. food guides, which have changed over the years, (USDA Food Pyramid is not the current one) are a fairly solid visual representation of what a “general healthy” diet will include. Respiratory studies clearly show that macronutrient metabolism varies from person to person. I would guess the nutrition class mentioned here is a general introduction to nutrition versus an upper-level course for nutrition majors on nutrition therapy. It is difficult to make general conclusions about “the best” diet which makes teaching nutrition a challenge! That said, I’m not aware of any compromised job security for discussing ketogenic diet in class.

This drives me crazy, but I understand completely where the professor is coming from.

We currently precept for every pharmacy school in the state, and I’m listed as an adjunct professor for all of them. When students ask why I don’t teach on campus, my response is “because then they won’t send students to our pharmacy”. I guess that’s how I’ve been able to get around it and make sure the future generations of practicing pharmacists get different viewpoints that align with the way we think at the IMA. Within our business, I can speak the truth, when someone else is paying you, you have to speak THEIR truth…

Ah, @ANiceApothecary what a cool way to ‘quietly’ promote the IMA way. Thanks for this note.

@IMA-GregT we have to use the system against them as best we can. Can’t begin to say how many students we’ve shown the path to in dispensing ivermectin, mebendazole, low dose naltrexone and more to help support people in alternative therapies. Thank you and @IMA-HelenT for keeping these forums going

@ANiceApothecary we’ve just all got to do what we’ve got to do. Your showing the path in is so amazing, thank you, and thank you for your note about Helen and I. We’re blessed to be a part of this.

The doctors that I have seen in the hospital and at my mom’s clinic appointments don’t appear to know truth about how to be healthy; I think they really believe what they are saying. I had one team Dr. I had never seen before round on a diabetic patient at lunch and question why they were eating bread, asked me why the kitchen was serving bread to a diabetic. I told him they set a carb limit for the day and didn’t care how the patient got there. Never saw that Dr. again.

Good share thank you. Would I lie to secure my job/career especially when it comes to the well being of my living beings ? NO NOT AND DID NOT. When I was employed by a F-500 Corp and later by an equally powerful company. I was even told that my manager had plans to move me into his position but I stood my ground and quit. It’s like this everywhere and this is exactly why we are where we are today, controlled by unethical greed ! Later in life I went back to College and found the same issues. In fact, I would talk to my tenured professors after class and closer to my age and ask them serious questions challenging the status quo in mental health care, and in private with little to loose, near retiring they would also tell me the truth agreeing with my findings. So follow the money and question everything ! There is a real message in that movie “The Matrix” and we are living it, whereby the majority of people care more about their bottom line and career security than what is being done to other people, animals and the planet. Always always follow the money ~ Thank you IMA for breaking that illusion of care !!

@martin Hopefully here with a bit of Honest Medicine we can reestablish a non-illusion of care. Your words very well received – thank you.

🙂💚 Well after seeing your background we can hope that some will step out of the matrix. I just watched Big Short again recently and we all cannot possibly be greedy pirate wall st traders striving to be the investor caste. There must be a good portion of us human beings left with some modicum of moral and ethical integrity for the beings we share this finite time on the planet matrix with. Sounds like your one of those rare endangered species cheers 2 u. LOL Good day 2 U.

I left the practice of conventional western medicine to practice energy and frequency medicine several years ago, after practicing as a family medicine PA for 16 years. I tried integrative medicine, but found that to be almost as money driven as conventional western medicine. I now work for myself. I offer 60 and 90 minute appointments and help people to grow, shift and change using Biofield Tuning, conversation and frequency to be healthy.
