IMA has received a 2026 Innovation Award from The Heritage Foundation in support of our Trusted Referral Network (a growing national directory helping patients find clinicians committed to informed consent, transparency, scientific integrity, and patients-over-profits care).
We are grateful to The Heritage Foundation for supporting this work. But most of all, we are grateful to you, our community of patients, physicians, supporters, donors, and advocates who continue to believe that trust in medicine begins with restoring the doctor-patient relationship.
This award will help us expand the Trusted Referral Network so more patients can find doctors who listen, inform, and put patients first.

Ugg. I love you guys but it sickens me that you take money from the Heritage Foundation.

I was pleasantly surprised at the wide scope of the Heritage Foundation’s outreach. However, I do not understand why you dislike them so much. Why do you dislike them?
