Just to keep things accurate, you saying RFKJr claimed MMR shots cure the measles. I can’t find anywhere, including in the article you cited, that he said that. He reference protection FROM the measles. That is a quite different — and very interesting and nuanced — topic, with shedding and the changed environment from the 50’s Brady Bunch days (both in terms of the quasi-universal vaccinated status and the possible nature of the virus) as two interesting rabbit hole. The article you cite mentioned William Thompson, but let’s keep it straight — what the CDC found there was in increase in autism for the MMR *before three years* — nothing to do with adults.

It might depend on what causes the autism when speaking to adult susceptibility. We adults do not like heavy or toxic metals, either.
