💬 “If mRNA vaccines are as safe as claimed, why do drug companies need immunity from accountability?” – Dr. Joseph Varon

The Independent Medical Alliance (IMA) has thrown its full support behind Rep. Paul Gosar’s H.R. 4668 — the End the Vaccine Carveout Act. This legislation would eliminate the special liability protections that have shielded mRNA vaccine manufacturers from lawsuits—protections granted under emergency use provisions and beyond.

    👉What do you think?

Should drug companies be held legally accountable for mRNA vaccine injuries just like any other product manufacturer?

Is the liability shield protecting public health—or protecting profits?

The language of drug companies, one of the things that they understand is the word “lawsuit”. This can be a very motivating word for them. They clearly have a priority of making money, that’s what businesses do right? They are not charities. So, when health is a lower priority then what you must do is speak their language.

Absolutely—you’re right on point. 💰 When profit is the top priority, legal and financial consequences become the only real motivator.

Like any other crappy product, just don’t buy it. Problem solved!
