Looking for info on needed minerals when your thyroid and 60 lymph nodes have been taken due to cancer. Levothyroxine is the only thing I take daily and I feel terrible. Doctor says labs are good, and she dont know why. Fatigue, muscle cramps, brain fog, digestion issues, weight gain, sadness, just to name a few. Please lmk any suggestions. Tia

I highly recommend you ask your practitioner to prescribe compounded thyroid from a compounding pharmacy. I use Medquest. I have hypothyroidism and have been on many types of thyroid in the past with poor results. Compounded thyroid addresses T3 and T4 doses independently and in precise amounts matching your body’s needs. they contain much less binders and fillers typically used by standard medications such as Synthroid. You’ll have a significant long term benefit. You’ll need a complete thyroid panel lab test to obtain proper prescription dosage.
