Hi @GailHughes I’ve moved your question to the General forum where most of the formum responses happen. Just to mention, as always, the IMA doesn’t offer comment, on questions like this to maintain our no conflict or interest postion, but others in the forum are welcome to add their observations.

Asked AI to see if it could find reviews …. None to be found and that doesn’t necessarily mean the company is problematic—it may simply be a relatively small or specialized laboratory—but it does mean there isn’t much publicly available reputation data to assess.

If you’re considering using them, I’d suggest checking a few things:

    • Whether the laboratory is CLIA-certified (if testing is performed in the U.S.).

    • Whether it uses a CAP-accredited or other recognized reference laboratory for testing, if applicable.

    • Who the laboratory director and scientific leadership are.

    • Whether test methods and validation are described transparently.

    • Whether there are published studies or independent clinicians using or evaluating the tests they offer.

    Hope this is helpful.
