  • Shouldn’t Safer Solutions Be the Goal?

“Granting pesticide manufacturers immunity from prosecution would place corporate interests above public health.” IMA

It’s hard to believe this was something that even had to be challenged.

    • Why would pesticide companies want immunity from prosecution at all?

    • What does that tell us about the risks involved?

Surely, with the use of science, regenerative farming methods, and the ability to work with nature teaches us, the goal should be pest control solutions that are as safe as possible… not protected from accountability.

    Quick Question???

Do you think pesticide manufacturers should ever be immune from legal responsibility?

Have you seen interesting articles or studies about the creation of safe pesticides?

No company or person should ever have blanket immunity. This is an invitation for secrecy and corruption. Around our house we use “Naturcide”, which is a combination of various natural oils (cinnamon, cloves, etc.) that kills bugs on contact and makes others leave. I wonder how this would work on a large scale agricultural basis.
