Oregano Oil!

I love the oil of oregano. I am very familiar with using it – for several years now. I am familiar with several natural remedies. The oil of oregano is one of the best. However there are specifics to using it. You are probably already familiar with how amazing it is .. It’s so powerful and potent. It has powerful anti viral , antibiotic, antibacterial, anti fungal, anti inflammatory, anti parasitic, anti cancer properties. It is also blood thinning ( I wonder if it can help with microclots) You should use a carrier oil when using, or 4 drops in a few ounces of water and drink. If using the oil do not use with any other antibiotic and only use it for 10 days at a time then go off it for a couple of weeks or more. It gets its strength from the carvacrol . A good quality oregano oil should be organic and have 70%-80 % carvacrol or the Wild oregano P73 which is the herb.

The only vaccinated and boosted family member ( all of them are vaccinated and boosted going on shot number 6 and 7 now)

I’ve tried so much to give them the information and to help educate but no one will listen. And they are still lining up to get these shots 😔I can’t be around them at all because I get vertigo from any shedding exposure) This family member , she is vaccine injured but doesn’t realize it’s from vaccine and she uses the oregano oil for her severe stiffness that occurred following her covid shots .

She is the only one in the family other than myself who hasn’t had covid.( I stick to a regimented protocol too and I’m extra careful about exposure due to shedding)

But She also uses the oregano oil prior to any necessary travel and exposures to others .i do believe it’s helping prevent the virus but im not sure of the mechanisms involved.

She also uses it carefully in a steamed vapor inhalation method. slowly breathing it in for a few minutes a day for a couple of days if she feels any indication of respiratory illness. It works. But it is important to use it immediately and carefully for results.

This is valuable info to share. It’s not for everyone because it is POWERFUL and POTENT.

It can be a good option to gather more info about it.

I hope this info can be helpful to others.

Love this! Thank you for expanding. What what one use for a carrier oil? jojoba oil? Another natural oil?

Hi All, I am adding in some additional info about oil of oregano as well as some brief mention of other natural options worth mentioning. I had a conversation with Kristina earlier and she requested to add the info here. See below.

The oil of oregano , you can add olive oil, or coconut oil as a carrier oil.

There are some forms that are already made with olive oil . I don’t use them. Personally I use Natural factors oil and I have great success when I use it. 4 drops in a few ounces of water is my method. It has been great through the years ( but the company has been purchased by another company and checking the owners of the companies and their history is vital. So many have changed hands in the last 3 years. Quality can or will be impacted unless they uphold the same process)

Many use the Oreganol brand- they seem very good. I am also looking into using this brand – they are more expensive – quality matters.

I did read some additional research and info regarding oil of oregano destroying ecoli as well as improving gut bacteria. I wonder if there is even more of a health benefit here- that could have to do with the
The contaminated plasmids in the Vials, – the ecoli. Maybe oil of oregano is helping in that way as well.

I would also like to mention that – out of all the vaccinated members of my family, only 2 of them – 5 shots going on 6 never got covid and they are the 2 members using oil of oregano.

My husband and I also never had covid and we also use oil of oregano if needed. But we are not vaccinated.

I research everything and I have some go to natural options I’ve used for years with success.

I do have a few great items in my stash of natural options that you may already be aware of – I rotate through products when I need them

A few of my go to products – on rotation

        *Oil of oregano –

*Andrographis – the andrographis is another powerhouse and I would put in the same category as oil of oregano and Nigella sativa. –

*Nigella sativa aka Black Cumin- I prefer the powdered form not the oil. It’s not as harsh and I have noticed improvement using it.

*Andrographis is an herb that is also anti inflammatory, anti bacterial, anti viral , anti cancer, anti parasitic, and it has an amazing immediate relief for a sore throat if taken at the earliest indication of the slightest tickle- it works within 24hours and I follow up with one more dose the next day. The strength of andrographis comes from the concentration of andrgraphides within the herb.

Early on there was a study done on the use of andrographis – freshly grown and used to treat covid successfully for 1000 individuals in Thailand. I don’t know the concentration of andrographides in the freshly grown andrographis used in that study but the dose was 300mg 3 times a day for I believe 10 days

*Andrographis – also has blood thinning properties.

        * Mushroom blends or elixirs – in coffee, teas or making soups and stews . Variations of lions mane, reishi, chaga , turkey tail and a few others all have immune health benefits.

*Green tea – organic green or organic matcha

I am now looking into baobob thanks to Scott Marsland 😊

Please pass along the oil of oregano info to Dr Marik , Dr Kory , and Scott as well. I do believe it’s listed on FLCCC protocol for a few things but it’s so much more – maybe it can help Scott too as he mentioned he is vaccine injured. As well as others. 🤗

If there is any information I can provide , I will be happy to help any way I can.

        Hi Everyone,

I’m posting some info I sent to Kristina which she asked me to share in the public forum. My apologies if it was posted earlier. I am having difficulty finding my info that was posted 11:30pm EST on 3/7/24.

Thanks for sharing about vertigo and shedding. I had light headedness/brain fog feeling at the same time my elderly mother had what looked like Narcolepsy and cataplexy (sleepy & weak – not able to walk) after a guest stayed for 3 weeks. However, it was a few days after she left. The same for the skin rash (so itchy) that we both got a few days after another guest left. The neurological conditions have also returned this week for my mother. Both guests would have been vaxed at least twice as they worked in the health field (UK/Canada), but I don’t think had received recent booster. Neither my mother or I have been vaxed or had Covid as far as we know. Have you seen a thread anywhere dedicated to shedding stories?

        Hi Mlee,

I’m so sorry about your experiences going through shedding from exposure. There is quite a bit of detailed information on Dr Kory substack specifically about shedding. It was written in November 2023 and it’s broken down into 9 separate segments. It’s definitely worth reading. He also collaborated with his highly respected Midwestern Dr friend to get some information about studies. That information was updated and posted in Feb 2024. In addition to his substack https://open.substack.com/pub/pierrekory?r=i270m&utm_medium=ios. There is also an flccc webinar titled Shedding is Real.

Exposure can impact anyone depending on their level of prolonged repeated exposures and length of time, the size of the room your in , how many are you exposed to at once increase the shedding, air ventilation, as well as each persons individual immune system. Also shedding can linger in bed linens, towels long after someone who was shedding used them, left the environment… there are many shedding pathways. Not everyone will notice or experience shedding reactions the same way but there are treatment protocols that help. Ivermectin, Natto kinase, bromelain, turmeric and Baobob, Green tea , – those are few that may help but there is no one size fits all for everyone.

@Mlee in addition to the last reply – the pathways of shedding are the air or exosomes released through the breath of others, skin to skin contact, any form of intimacy, sweat, or bodily fluids. The amount of time the shedding lingers on bed linens , towels isn’t known but it does happen. It does make me wonder if it’s through sweat or any bodily fluids… that would likely mean it lingers on clothing too. It just hasn’t been tested. Handling of those linens needs to be done with care. I don’t know how this has been impacted hotels or B&B but people are beginning to realize it more and more. There is a woman who owned a professional home cleaning business for over 20 years. She was getting sick every time she would go into homes to clean. ( no one in the home) she was experiencing shedding every time in these homes so often that she had to close her business. She is someone who met with Dr Kory as well. I’m mentioning it because each person can be impacted by shedding in many ways and all of the symptoms you mentioned can be caused by shedding. There are so many overlapping symptoms. I hope you find options that work for you.

I did not find that oil of oregano worked in that capacity for vertigo and since the potency of the oil is so powerful- it’s not something you can take every day. My personal results were better with the combo I mentioned. it took 2 years to find that combination to work for me.,I noticed the most improvement using a combination of ivermectin , Natto, bromelain and Tumeric for vertigo from shedding.

          I hope this is helpful.

Hello K33. Thank you for all your information. I was doubtful about shedding when reading it earlier last year but as Dr Cory put it together, especially after the strange symptoms my mother and I had post having a vaxed person in the house, it adds up. I read somewhere a while back that shedding could be energetic – a vibration or frequency I suppose. I need to reread Dr Cory’s articles and get onto ordering supplements/Ivermectin (probably from India). I will write more when feeling more ‘up to it’. So itchy, tired and now also have plantar fasciitis!

Thank you for bringing oregano oil to my attention. I had no idea that was better for me than antibiotics. my only concern now is buying the oregano oil that is pure. Can you please share where I might purchase it?

I don’t know that’s it’s “better” for you. Only because there is no one size fits all for anyone.

If you decide to use it. Use with caution and care and remember it’s powerful, and yes it does have a lot of amazing properties but it’s also blood thinning.

Get as much info as you can so you know it’s right for you.

Once you open a bottle your entire home will smell like oregano.

Another important point about oil of oregano. It always has to be diluted. Some oils have instructions to take a few drops under the tongue… but I do not ever recommend that method. It’s much too strong.

It’s sold online and at most organic health markets. There are a few options.

Please ask the natural health rep for more info. It is so important to use it with a strict regimen.

Hi to all 🙋‍♀️. I’m Pat. I am an early retired social nurse from Belgium and I have been working in prophylactic healthcare for over 25 years.

I’m glad you brought this up Kristina 👍.

Essential oil of oregano is one the things I always carry in my ‘purse’’ . It has indeed been used in traditional medicine for thousands of years as a potent anti bacterial, anti viral, anti fungal and anti parasitic. It’s health benefits are countless and there are A LOT of scientific publications 😇 about it. Important as been put already to attention: as with all nutraceuticals, one should always check before using it for drug interactions or when having specific health issues. Not to use during pregnancy! And indeed be careful: the essential oil is very strong and the drops always should always be diluted. I use the soft gels (easy to use, no need to dilute) but also the drops with extremely great care.

Here is one (of the many) publications about its neuroprotective effects.

I’m not familiar with anything specifically using oregano oil as a treatment for vertigo. I also have vertigo from shedding exposures since early 2021. I’m very familiar with oil of oregano use for several years (15 years) If there was a direct benefit for vertigo I haven’t ever heard of it.

Oil of oregano does contain carvacrol and also thymol. Thymol also is a strong compound and also kills the virus. IBut Thymol is also in a few other herbs as well Thyme – Ginger, Peppermint Rosemary oils and some say that using thymol can help with dizziness. I do use ginger, peppermint, teas and oils but I do not have any information that can confirm that it helps vertigo. I haven’t had that benefit from them. Other benefits but not vertigo relief.

I use flccc protocols with ivm. as needed for prevention. And I did use my own combination of bromelain, turmeric and Natto the last two times I was exposed to shedding. ( this was within the last couple of months) That combo helped. It lifted and eased the vertigo which lasted for a few days ( it previously lasted months)

When I lived in Nashville I worked downtown. There was an Italian pizza restaurant near the arcade. They served a special type of pizza. It had a lot of olive oil in it. Oregano is one of the spices used in some pizza sauces. Sitting near me were some persons from a local hospital oncology group. They had brought one of their patients there. It seems that eating the pizza from this restaurant had cured persons of cancer. One of their party had offered to buy the recipe from the owner while I was there. Presumably to chemically analyze it for its curative powers.

I happened to come across an old document of mine that I had written recipes for pizza sauce. I was buying tomato paste in large cans from Gordon Foods, a restaurant supply house open to the public. I did multiple batches. In later batches I did not include all the ingredients of the first 2. So I would start with batches 1 and 2. They may have ingredients which are synergistic with the others and aren’t in the later batches. I got some of these spices from reading books on making your own pizza.

So enjoy and maybe you will discover some hidden benefits like from Oregano.

Many packages of cheese have the additive Natomycin. It is banned in Australia so that is enough for me not to want it in my food. Lately I have found some bulk shredded cheese at Gordon Foods that does not have Natamycin in it. Before it was very difficult to find those without the additive. It was a available but only to special large buyers.

Maybe interesting for those who are confronted with the norovirus.

I was in Spain in the beginning of this year. There was a huge Norovirus outbreak . They claimed it was due to contaminated fruit and veggies from Marocco 🧐. Anyway, some of of my friends caught it. I insisted they consulted with their own doctor by phone and he gave the green light to use the oregano essential oil (capsules), activated charcoal, liposomal vit C and ORS with probiotics. It did a good and quick job. I never travel without those items.

IMPORTANT: please don’t experiment on your own when having a bad viral or bacterial infection with severe diarrhoea and consult a doctor!

I love all the additional links to Oregano oil. 😊

    Thank you so much.

I haven’t used oil of oregano for norovirus type illness. But it’s great to know that it’s an option .

For Norovirus type illnesses I do use a strong probiotic during those times on its own and it’s amazing. If you want to look into it – it’s Saccaromyces Bourldali. It works within 24 hours. Phenomenal!

Hi K33, 👍👍👍 GREAT!! That is exactly the probiotic I also always use in case of diarrhoea (the product name for those in Europe: Enterol) and also strongly advise after an antibiotic cure.

The ORS product contains Lactobacillus Reuteri Protectis.

Thanks to all for the information provided 🙏.

Some great info in this thread, e.g. always use it diluted. And saccharomyces boulardii for the runs related to food. Also soaked chia seed will help solidify the stools 😉

One thing i wanted to add the kid in the video said amoxicillin is commonly used for strep throat. What i recommend to my patients which gets brilliant results is to gargle 2mins with colloidal silver (then spit) twice daily at first symptoms. Works great and extremely safe and cheap. Colloidal silver is in our first aid kit at home. Must have in my opinion. Great for when it can get into contact with the pathogen (especially bacterial), e.g. ear infection, skin wound etc.

Another huge benefit from oregano (specifically cavacrol) is, even at low concentration, it has potent anti-persistent and anti-biofilm activity in B. Burgdorferi (Lyme). Other essential oils: cinnamon bark and clove bud oil (see added publication).

And absolutely: essentiële oils are extremely potent and always need to be diluted. If you use organic local honey or oils like organic coconut, olive oil, … internally and for example castor oil externally, they add bigtime to the essential oil health benefits.

When not familiar using them, I would only recommend to start using them after consulting a doctor or healthcare practitioner who is used working with them and always follow the instructions on the package.

Another option is to gellules that are ready to take.

About the soaked chia seeds: they are also excellent for brain health – and even more when added A BIT of coconut oil or MCT oil. And another tidbit: monolaurin in vitro also shows antibacterial action against B. Burgdorferi.
