mRNA flu Shot, Approved by FDA

  • mRNA flu Shot, Approved by FDA

The rollout of the first ever mRNA flu shot from Moderna (mFlusiva) was approved by the FDA and dropped onto the market just after midnight.

They also released the 92 page insert now that it is approved for you, the public. I could not find the insert but could find the briefing document from the FDA https://www.fda.gov/media/193130/download

Educate yourself and talk to anyone over 50 about avoiding this shot.

Not a chance in hell would I ever consider this a valid choice for myself. I’ll stick with proven IVM for my flu prophylaxis. A 92 page insert, that says it all. CYA disclosures I’m sure.

Unbelievable this can even happen now under RFK, Jr. The product – and the methodology – should be banned!

Ooh! Maybe the mRNA is OK-k-k for the FLU shot! Wouldn’t there be no need for the presence of a spike protein? But I guess there could still be problems in the delivery mechanism, the nano particle packaging that could mess up the recipient’s immune and nervous systems. Maybe Moderna has figured out how to make the mRNA vaccines (non-COVID) safer?

92 pages, must be so good for you, right? It destroys my faith in RFK Jr, he could do with more allies like Joe Ladapo in Florida around him.

I’m sorry, but even if it came with a gold clock and $1,000,000 cash, it’s not going into my body nor that of any of mine.

I remember my parents when they reached 70 getting a wellness visit from their doctor (in the UK back then they had to be seen on a home visit by your own doctor) and she talked both of them into having a flu shot. Not the same as this “new” mRNA one I know. I went mad when they told me. Over the following 6 weeks my parents were at deaths door, neither of them had ever spent a day in bed (except my dad who spent 8 months in hospital after falling off a roof at work breaking his back) and they were so sick, they could barely get to the bathroom. I vowed then I would never have one, they are both long since gone and I am 70 next, never had one never will have one. I’ve taken IVM for 4 years (thanks to hearing about it from Dr Kory) and never had so much as a sniffle even after being around others full of a cold. So that’s one more prick I will definitely be avoiding.

I agree, my mother was a nurse and I remember when I was about 10 she had a flu shot and she had hallucinations … our family have never had flu shots.

I also take IVM instead of a flu shot. What dosage do you take? I take 12 mg twice a week. So far so good and I never got the flu shot last fall.

      Hi Rose,

I have taken 3mg a day every day for 4 years, that and a D3 +K2 was the only thing I’ve taken, with no side effects. Recently I have also started on Nattokinese to see if it improves my breathing (lifetime smoker….I know, I know) other than those, I am on zero meds.

Please have a read of our “FULL STATEMENT: (Washington, DC) – The Independent Medical Alliance – a coalition of independent doctors, healthcare providers, and researchers – today urged caution following @US_FDA approval of @moderna_tx‘s mFLUSIVA, the first mRNA-based seasonal influenza shot approved in the United States. The FDA granted traditional approval for adults ages 50–64 and accelerated approval for those 65 and older.”

I shake my head. This fight is so far from over.

Greg, thanks for posting this official caution about the new mRNA flu shot! I wonder how a hospitalist would react when a patient being admitted into a hospital (for example, in New York) would flash the image (urging extreme caution) you have posted in your message? I think it is laughable that the CDC or FDA continues to advocate a more expeditious pathway for use of this vaccine, for people over 60 or even older, because they are more likely to experience adverse side effects to the jab because of their naturally less resilient immune system. I’m much older than 60, but I would feel a lot safer just relying on ivermectin and its recommended accompanying nutraceuticals.

@AaronAF I love the idea of showing this picture to the hospitalist. It would show, at the very least, a takingof ownership of one’s on health.

I was at the hopsital the other day. My son who is visiting with his family, possibly has kidney stones. He an ex rugby union football player and he never complains. He was in serious pain, and he was, (self driven,) still double checking what the side effects were of all the meds they gave him during and after a CT scan, and in the prescription. I was very pleased with that approach.

Maybe we need to develop a bunch of flash cards. Maybe on informed consent too.

Anyway this flu story, does seem it’s a step back, and the stats being uncovered from the trials are not looking positive either, that’s according to our Senior Fellow DR. Jessica Rose – https://x.com/JesslovesMJK/status/2085612030338191381?s=20

Apparently RFK Jr “couldn’t” stop this.

So, is there any initiative or congresspersons communications with the possibility to reverse this?
