Motion to Expedite ACIP Appeal :IMA Strongly Backs Sec Kennedy
The Independent Medical Alliance (IMA), a national coalition of more than 12,000 independent physicians, researchers, and clinicians, and a named liaison advisor to the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP), today expressed its full support for Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s motion asking the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit to expedite its appeal of a March 16 district court order that has effectively paralyzed the nation’s federal vaccine advisory system.
The motion, filed June 12, comes after the administration’s April 29 appeal of U.S. District Judge Brian Murphy’s ruling, which stayed Kennedy’s ACIP member appointments and left the committee unable to function.

Yea!! Way ta go! So nice to see this! Just curious, what is the breakdown of the 12,000 members of the IMA coalition that are supporting RFK Jr? How many independent physicians? How many clinicians? How many researchers? I guess there’s some overlap – so maybe I should just be content with knowing how many physicians are in this group. I suspect it is a much smaller number. As I recall, there are less than a hundred Senior Fellows; but I guess there are many more physicians who are members. Oh, and why not add into that number the total number of IMA supporters – you know, the folks that participate in the webinars each week? (Maybe because those are from all over the world, not just from the USA?)
