I know its only step 1, but it’s a win.
Dr. Meryl Nass’s lawsuit against Maine’s medical board can proceed, a federal judge has ruled.
The Maine Board of Licensure in Medicine tried to order Dr. Meryl Nass to undergo a psychological evaluation for allegedly spreading misinformation about COVID-19. The court ruled that this was “based on no evidence or process,” including no probable cause.
That means Dr. Nass’s lawsuit against Maine’s medical board can proceed. We will keep an eye on the progress.
I am delighted, Dr. Nass’s has been a warrior.
