The protocol for parasites is different than SC2. Parasite dosage is variable depending on the parasite, but generally .2mg/kg once or twice daily for one to thirty days, then maintenance dosages once or twice per year. SC2 dosages are per FLCCC protocols. A lot of people, like me, are doing low dose IVM daily or every other day 12mg tabs as a maintenance prophylactic.

My natropath told me 12mg every morning on empty stomach for 7 days. I decided to follow the same dosage as FLCCC, I know the FLCCC dosage isn’t for parasites but I decided to follow it and take 12mg x2 in the morning for myself and 12mg x 3 for my partner for 7 days. 😬

That would be fine for a limited time. I’ve known a few people taking IVM for long COVID or cancer at the 0.1 or 0.2 mg/kg dose and they developed side effects (flashing lights in vision, migraines). Those went away when the decreased dose and/or frequency. So just watch out for that and get your liver function test done occasionally if you’re going to continue taking it long term.

@favkris, I think you slipped a decimal place; Dr. Wm Makis’ ivermectin dosage for cancer treatment is 1mg/kg to 2mg/kg for three months for advanced and aggressive cancers. At dosages 1/10 of that, I would expect no IVM side effects.
