Can anyone please tell me the dosage for foggy brain and lethargy in a 72 year old weighing 180lbs!
With food or empty stomach
I read that normally eg for parasites it’s empty stomach but for my symptoms with food?

FLCCC early treatment protocol has a table at the bottom of this page with ivermectin dosage by weight. Yes, the protocols advise taking with food.
For 180 lbs:
0.2 mg/kg dose would be 16mg – 17mg0.3 mg/kg dose would be 23mg – 26 mg
0.4 mg/kg dose would be 31mg – 35 mg0.6 mg/kg dose would be 47mg – 52 mg
