Help with legal dispute over childhood vaccines
Hi all,
I am a caring father who is representing myself in a private law dispute over whether my 15 and 10 year old daughters should be vaccinated with the vaccines; HPV, Td/IPV, MenACWY. For clarity, I am opposed to them receiving further vaccines due to my eldest daughter having Autism and developmental delay and I believe further vaccines will worsen my eldest daughters conditions.
Unfortunately, all historic court cases (precedent) ruled in favour of giving children vaccines which, under UK law, goes very strongly against my position. Additionally, if I lose this case then a precedent will be set for future rulings, putting other children at future risk of vaccine injury.
I desperately need an expert medical opinion to provide to the court who can support my position. I am appealing to you to kindly ask if anyone here, or anyone in your professional network, could please provide me with a 15 page written report by no later that 25<sup>th</sup> May. Please note, I am, of course, happy to pay for your or their time in this matter.
