Doxycycline cycling

In Dr Marik’s book Cancer Care, he states in regard to doxycycline and vitamin C that one should “consider cycling after 6 months”. To what is he referring? Does the recommendation to take doxycycline for only two weeks still stand?

Hi Montany, could you please give me a more exact phrase to search for. I tried to find “consider cycling after 6 months” in this version – https://imahealth.org/wp-content/uploads/2023/06/Cancer-Care-FLCCC-Dr-Paul-Marik-v2.pdf to no avail. It must be there, but I can’t currently find it to go try get an answer for you.

Thank you for trying to help.

The quote from his protocol is:

Doxycycline 50 mg daily taken together with 2g oral vitamin C (consider cycling after 6 months)”

Hi montany – from Dr. Marik

      ———————————

This is dynamic issue that is evolving.

The vitamin C should be taken at the same time as the doxycycline

Some suggest that after 6 months one should have a month break and then start again

Others take the doxycycline and Vitamin C on alternate days.

No clear data on the best approach.

      Hope this clarifies 😀
