Are You Tired All The Time?

Anyone else just dead tired all the time no matter what?

I listened to a great talk from Dr Pompa and Morley Robbins (autor of CUre Your Fatigue a nd Root Cause Protocol) and they’re saying copper might be a big reason.

Talking about how copper and iron are linked, why low ferritin doesn’t always mean you need more iron, and how zinc or random supplements can throw copper off. Mitochondria need copper to make energy so if you’re low… that explains the constant fatigue.

He has some contrary points of view, but it was a fascinating conversation. (link in comments)

Do any of you take copper? Or follow the Root Cause Protocol? Eat a bunch of copper-rich foods on purpose? What’s your experience been?

I have not watched the video yet, but this sounds a lot like what Dr. August Dunning argues in his book, Staying Here by Returning Youth: How to Become Unstuck in Time.

Dr. Dunning even hypothesizes that iron is the key driver of aging and that it can be somewhat controlled/reversed.

Interesting, this was a central theme to the video too.

Thanks Helen for the topic. I will deep dive into this with listening, I too at times listen twice so I be note-worthy.

I am much aware of the hawking of products as vitamins or all kinds of creative medical product — and everyone is an expert. In all that mud and blood hawking I know that balance is important. Just too much intense focus with pitiful guarantees on one’s health improvement.

The events Wednesday evenings where on IMA where you guys judiciously discuss, recently, how much and when on vitamins, and gut health, for a few are aiming for this inner truth. Thank you for that.

I listened to this podcast. I was extremely difficult to follow as the interviewer kept interrupting and changing the course. The interviewer was just too pleased with himself and frankly ruined the whole session. I have however bought the book and started reading it.

My daughter who has stage 4 colon cancel ran the interview through AI, which had her blood test – including low iron (Ferratin). A! was in disagreement with the Dr views on Iron deficiency. I might try and get hold of the disagreeing transcript and post it here.

The reason I looked at this interview is that after 2 years of good energy – having had a 2 years shut down from the Pfizer vaccine, Ivermectin and augmented NAC sorted that, but now I have shut down again – this time it is after a few days of heavy work – tree cutting, then suddenly I am deserted for 2 to 3 days and the energy gradually comes back – and the cycle repeats – it also includes brain fog for the first day – you feel like a Zombi.

I will read the book in detail and work out what to do.
