This is not a new post, I am simply unable to respond to the posting by martaawdy, as the “view Post ” link is broken! Moderator, please note!

Please note that no major medical societies, including cardiology and infectious disease organizations, recommend any spike protein detoxification interventions (Bhimraj et al., 2022). Please also note that this is unsurprising, as the prevailing medical thought veers toward a depopulation agenda (Eberstadt, 2026, pp. 203-207). As proof, please re-think Mr. Trump granting immunity to a foreign agent, Bayer, to produce the carcinogen glyphosate to spread non-Hodgkin lymphoma among American citizens (Dyer, 2026).

For this reason, I suggest reviewing and applying professional judgment to evaluate the list: “Basic Spike Detox- Core Regimen” provided by the Medical Advisor at the following source: https://www.onedaymd.com/2026/06/ultimate-spike-detox-nattokinase-bromelain-curcumin.html.

In reviewing the above regimen, please make special notation of the following:

*The column list under “timing”, i.e., dosing in relation to meal intake, should be reviewed carefully.

*Dosing Nattokinase at 2,000 FU BID is insufficient, as a recent Chinese study demonstrates a beneficial dose, albeit for a different indication, of 10,500 FU QD (Nattokinase Dosage Guide: Why 2,000 FU Isn’t Enough, 2026). With initial monitoring for possible excessive hypotension and bleeding (stool, bruising, ecchymosis, dermal or subcutaneous bruises), please also take the precaution of including in your medical/dental charts that you are on a fibrinolytic agent.

*Curcumin listed in the regimen table is poorly absorbed, resulting in poor bioavailability and the need for a black pepper (piperine) formulation https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S177322472031371X Amy Myers MD. Liposomal Curcumin preparation is a liposomal formulation that may reduce the need for permeability enhancers, as some patient populations may be sensitive to black pepper. Alternatively, consider the NuMedica Liposomal Curcumin or Theracurmin (Nanoparticle Formulation). Both brands are possible alternatives.

    Best wishes!

Increasing absorption of hard to absorb herbs – based on below, perhaps simply “increasing absorbing”, at home, is best done by fully dissolving “a part” of maltodextrin (or other sugar) in the minimum necessary amount of low mineral RO or distilled water then adding this to “a part” of herb and mixing well then “grind in” a part of sunflower lecithin then either allow this to dry or gently warm to dry then well mix in some MCT oil or olive oil or directly mix the oil into the damp mixture

Thanks to Dr Zelenko, Quercetin and zinc were the first purchases I made for my covid early treatment kit in 2020. I read up and found Quercetin can be hard to absorb and is rapidly eliminated with a sharp 8 hour bell shaped absorption and elimination curve which suggested to me 3 times a day dosing and I found out absorption can be increased “at home”

TO INCREASE ABSORPTION of quercetin and hard to absorb “herbs”. “In Ayurvedic medicine you take remedies together with ghee and honey – fat and sugar.” (Elizabeth) note: studies reference attaching a “sugar moiety” to the herb. Common practice speaks of combining with an oil or consumption during a higher fat meal.

From some reading I am thinking that some? basic simple process of coating with a sugar and then a fat? or a fat then a sugar? or all at once? would substantially increase absorption of many harder to absorb herbs and the like.

“While searching to find how to increase absorption of quercetin I found two patents. The first US20200206186A1 is an Indena SpA patent concerning “Quercefit”- “Quercetin Phytosome” In their earlier application documents ( only the final 2020 patent seems easily available now) they made an interesting revelation that a simple mechanical mixture of quercetin and maltodextrin or fructose (or other sugar) and lecithin (they use sunflower) in the range of 1-1-1 or any number of ratios increased absorption by 10 times while their lysosomal/phytosome product where they dissolve all in 190 proof ethanol and then extract the ethanol, which, at that time, they said increased absorption by 20 times. Now in the final document they claim that that their full process increases absorption by 50 times and they make no mention of the efficacy of the simple mechanical mixture but they do put a graph at the very beginning of the document which shows the low absorption of quercetin, the higher absorption of the :”physical mixture” (mechanical mixture) and the highest absorption of their “solid dispersion” which is their alcohol dissolved and dried “phytosome product Quercefit. That graph is best seen in the pdf US20200206186A1 They say the use of the “sugar” is important.

A mortar and pestle is the obvious choice. I first used the back of a tablespoon against a plate to grind together the quercetin and the maltodextrin (sugar) then the lecithin.

I have since first dissolved the maltodextrin “sugar” in a bit of water. note: I bought and export records show (nutricost) organic maltodextrin “TapiOK” brand is being exported to pharmaceutical / nutraceutical companies. Then mixed in the harder to absorb “herb” then mixed in the Now brand sunflower lecithin then added olive oil. I wonder would it be better to dry the maltodextrin herb lecithin mix then add olive oil? Dissolving the maltodextrin does seem more effective way to “attach” the “sugar”, and lecithin does attach to both water and fat and may, then, help present to a fat receptive absorption site in the body as does the maltodextrin absorb easily into the body as per its high absorbability feature use as explained in some detail by elite long distance runners (some like straight maltodextrin and some like 3 parts maltodextrin and 1 part fructose in water +++ for fuel and hydration during the run)

The other patent US8440704B2 helps inform the usefulness of taking quercetin with B3 and C.

“Additional and related Surprising observations include that a combination of quercetin, vitamin B3. and vitamin C maintains quercetin levels in plasma up to five times those of quercetin alone or a combination of quercetin…” ” In one aspect, the invention features a composition containing quercetin, vitamin B3, and vitamin C, in which a weight ratio between quercetin, vitamin B3, and vitamin C is ” 1:0.02-1:0.2-2.5. ” Which looks to me to be 1 part Quercetin to 0.02 to 1 part vitamin B3 to 2-2.5 parts vitamin C.

So, based on this, supplement with vitamin B3 or B complex and vitamin C when taking plain Quercetin or some formulation of enhanced absorption Quercetin or your own home mixed enhanced absorption Quercetin.

My experience is this works very well and using much lower doses to start and see how this increased absorption works in your body is good practice.

PS – Real publicly funded research on herbs and nutraceuticals is greatly needed to establish both best and lowest cost methods to effectively utilize these products

Thank you for posting this comprehensive review about how to increase bioavailability of herbs. It gives me more options for making my own herbal formulations. I had been using only a pinch of lecithin (sunflower) plus vigorous mixing such as in a sonicator.

Regarding the use of quercetin, I had been using it (in a quercetin + bromelain formulation sold by NOW FOODS) as part of my regular supplementation, but stopped that when I realized it was a blood thinner or at least contributed to blood thinning. Perhaps it would have been OK alone, but I was also taking fairly large doses of nattokinase (NK), as a preventative for stroke, during the day (8000 FU in divided doses in AM and in PM), and noticed more incidences of minor bleeding (while flossing) and red splotches in my eye whites. When I stopped the quercetin, the disturbing bleeding incidences ceased. (Stopping or reducing my daily use of nattokinase was not a wise option in my opinion.)

Another reply to Martaawdy: Have you considered Augmented NAC by the Italian group and available from Modern Element? Dr. Tina Peers has excellent videos about it. Here is one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZIdQAtt8ViA It is meant to denature 99% of the spike protein in the body. Fascinating unfolding of it’s discovery and use.

Thanks for your reply. I did take NAC for quite some time and now I am taking NR, the precursor.

I just finished listening to John Campbell’s video interviewing that female doctor. That augmented NAC definitely sounds great. What I want to do though is the Ivermectin since I have a stockpile at home. So my plan is Ivermectin 3 to 4 weeks and repeat the antibodies and then take it from there with either the augmented NAC or the triple protocol of Dr Peter mccullough. More likely the augmented NAC since I’ve been doing regular NAC and now AR for over a year. Thank you for forwarding that video. I now need to sit down and look up that zero Spike group from Italy and maybe try to email them. Thanks again

The 10,800 FU Nattokinase (NK) seems like it might be an unnecessarily large dose. There is not mention that I could see that the researches tested smaller doses, such as 8000 FU, that could more conveniently be used by taking commercially available nattokinase at 4000 FU, twice a day, say perhaps 9 to 12 hours apart. The study you described with its 10,800 FU daily dose was apparently administered once a day (BAM!) using three 3600 FU tablets.

In the “discussion” section of the research study you cited, I noticed one of the references led to a previous study that had used 6000 FU per day, and had given “profound results.” More details may be found from the article cited below.

Ren NN, Chen HJ, Li Y, Mcgowan GW, Lin YG. [A clinical study on the effect of nattokinase on carotid artery atherosclerosis and hyperlipidaemia]. Zhonghua Yi Xue Za Zhi. 2017 Jul 11;97(26):2038-2042. Chinese. doi: 10.3760/cma.j.issn.0376-2491.2017.26.005. PMID: 28763875.

“Our findings from this pioneer clinical study suggests that daily NK supplementation is an effective way to manage the progression of atherosclerosis …”

So hopefully my use of 8000 FU may give comparable beneficial effects as described for the 10,800 FU.
