Hi @flccc-eric , I was going through my emails and was going to quickly poke around in communities but found something that might be a bug maybe. I got this email (screenshot 1) and when I clicked the link, it took me to a blank page (screenshot 2).

At first I thought it might be a misfiring due to the fact that communities is set up as a multisite instance right now. So I logged into that, cleared everything else, restarted my browser and it seems to be doing the same thing.

Is that something?

Yes, there is an ongoing issue with private messaging. It is the only subsystem that is confused by membership level restrictions. Rest of the system seems to be working correctly.
