After recalculating, I realize that most of the time, I take around 0.2-0.4 mg/kg, but occasionally, I go up to 1 mg/kg for a few days, which always has a noticeable positive effect. Have you ever experienced any issues with bloodwork, or noticed any concerns related to sperm health or testosterone levels? I’m curious, since you’re monitored by a private doctor, you might have additional insights.

Symptoms that reappear when I completly stop for a long time are brainfog, tirendess, migraines, palpitations, no appetite, heat/excersise intolerance, muscle loss, no libido, extreme dry mouth, IBS and more. And it all started with extreme pericarditis 36 hours after vaccintion which luckily never came back.

This includes periods of lower dosages and occasional breaks of about a week. However, if I stop entirely for months, all my symptoms tend to return, so maintaining the protocol is essential for me.
