Forgot to add that we eat a healthy protein rich breakfast of 3 large eggs, with sour cream, cheese sauce, 505 green chili sauce and herbs. We’re not hungry at all until late afternoon, so we rarely need snacks. Eggs come from a local farmer. Cheese is grass fed if available made with animal rennet. Both of us are lean and mean.

Our go-to snack is unpasteurized cheese. Love it! And Gouda cheese. We have a small glass container on our counter for quick snacks. Also love oranges.

We’ve compiled a LONG list of bad ingredients that we keep on our phone, and keep adding to it. It’s getting longer and longer. When we read ingredients on a label and it includes any of those, we skip it.

We stopped taking a daily vitamin, per our Functional Health doctor’s advice and replaced them with half ounce of liver daily. Also, magnesium glycinate, zinc, turmeric and vit. D/K2. Also drink vinegar water with salt morning (w/ iodine) and night. No more night leg cramps.

We have seen a greater openness with regards to talking about the shot. Everywhere we go people respond to our comments about the negative side effects with their own stories, whether it be their personal experiences or those of friends/family. There is definitely an increase in freedom to talk about “vaccines”.

We’ve been wondering if we should continue donating platelets and blood. Since we are non-COVID vaccinated we thought our blood would be beneficial for them to have. But they’ve never asked the question! So they probably don’t care. How do hospitals make money on these donations? Very interesting.
