I use DMSO and just apply it on the area that is concerning me, which can be a couple – generally my neck and shoulder. Just start with the main area and small doses and build up from there. Also, check the concentration is ideal for your tolerance and make sure that your roll-on is in a glass bottle. BTW, do not allow it to drip on surfaces as it can actually damage it.

OMG. DMSO makes anything else on the skin already, be easily absorbed, so the menthol would have been more deeply absorbed. I hope you are ok? There have been stories of toxicity of the underlying product/chemical so please be careful moving forward. Definitely WASH the skin first and leave it bare (no creams etc) before you apply DMSO.
