Dr. Suneel Dhand’s recent post on X discussed his visit to Whole Foods revealed something alarming: even so-called “natural” items like bagels and breads are loaded with processed seed oils and “bioengineered ingredients.” And just because something has a “Non-GMO” label doesn’t mean it’s clean—some still allow synthetic pesticides and other questionable additives. 😳
