What are nurses and doctors who are still losing their jobs because they refuse to take or give harmful drugs going to do next?

I personally managed to survive the first culling in 2021 by going to work for a privately owned holistic nursing company, but now they are putting profits over patients and are insisting we give flu shots or else leave the company.

When will ethical doctors move to New England to set up clinics to provide care to those abandoned by mainstream and holistic medicine? I can’t be the only nurse in the Northeast who is refusing to violate her pledge!
