Family, friends, food, we all know the classics. But what’s one unexpected thing you’re genuinely grateful for this year?”

“Happy Thanksgiving, everyone! We all hear the usual gratitude list…family, friends, health, turkey.

    But let’s try something different….

What’s one surprising, maybe quirky thing you’re thankful for in 2025?

    A lesson learned?

🍂That stranger who did something that made a real difference?

🍂Finding a great doctor or treatment that really worked?

    🍂Learning a new skill?

    🍂Making new friends?

Would love to know … tell us below.

In the meantime, find Dr. Varon’s message in the replies below to all of you this Thanksgiving.

PS Remember there isn’t a webinar tonight.

I am grateful for having the wisdom to avoid the SC2 jab and learning from a host of talented knowledgeable medical professionals about honest medicine. I have learned so much in the past 5 years about microbiology and have incorporated wellness practices into my vegan lifestyle to help improve my health and wellbeing. IMA has been a large contributor to my journey.

I’m thankful for my cancer diagnosis. It has become the impetus motivating me toward healthier living.

Dear friends, colleagues, and supporters of the Independent Medical Alliance,

On this Thanksgiving, I want to pause and truly acknowledge what this community represents. At a time when medicine often feels rushed and impersonal, you—our physicians, nurses, staff, families, and loyal followers—have created something rare: a space grounded in gratitude, empathy, and genuine human connection. In the days ahead, as we gather with loved ones and reflect on our blessings, I am profoundly thankful for each and every one of you.

To our independent physicians, thank you for showing courage when it would have been easier to stay silent.

To our followers and supporters, thank you for standing beside us, sharing our mission, and reminding us that people still want honesty, dignity, and compassion in their healthcare.

Your encouragement, your messages, your belief in what we are building—these are gifts, and we do not take them for granted. This Thanksgiving, I am grateful not only for your support, but for the spirit of unity and purpose you bring to our movement.

As we look toward the future, may this season remind us of why we do what we do: to heal, to serve, and to protect the sacred bond between patients and their doctors. With gratitude from my family to yours, I wish each of you a Thanksgiving filled with peace, warmth, and the joy of knowing you are part of something meaningful and enduring.

    – Dr. Joseph Varon and all of us at the Independent Medical Alliance

You said it so beautifully. Seeing a community that still values genuine connection and compassion in healthcare is incredibly motivating. I’m thankful to be in an environment where people truly help each other. I’m wishing a cozy and serene Thanksgiving to everyone present.
