Vegan Group
-
Anyone here beside me who is interested in creating/participating in a Vegan Group.
I’m 75, vegan since 1990 and have been completely immersed in the vegan lifestyle. My health is excellent and I have a strong immune system which I believe helped protect me against SC2. I am unvaxed and don’t intend to take any more vaccines for the remainder of my life. I believe food is medicine and my vegan diet is almost exclusively WFPB.
My health issues are BPH and LDL. I develop bladder stones about every ten years and had surgery for removals. My LDL stays around 120 which is my baseline. Since I have no external source of LDL, my body is creating my level. My last eye exam was clear of retinal plaque. I have a number of nutraceuticals I take daily to help support my health.
Although I love Dr. Marik, I disagree with him on a number of issues regarding animal foods. For this reason I would be interested in having discussions with other vegans about information that downplays the role of veganism as a healthy lifestyle. I tend to emphasize nutritional knowledge from physician sources Drs. Barnard, Fuhrman, and Greger among others.
If there is enough interest in a vegan group, the moderators will provide a separate group for our discussions.
