Two Things Dr. Cole Mentioned on the Webinar This Week
On the webinar last Wednesday, Dr. Cole mentioned two things he uses that I would like to learn more about. He mentioned that he would not cite brand names, so I am only asking for the specs and/or search terms so I can look up the available products myself.
– He had his feet on a footpad, which I believe he said, removes excess electrons. What kind of pad is that? I couldn’t find a search term that would bring up anything like this on Amazon.
– He showed some small handheld red lights. Are they just called “Infrared light therapy pad”? I do see those on Amazon. -

Hi, The second is called Red Light Therapy, and if you google that or check Amazon you will get thousands of pages of info. Infrared is the highest frequencies of the red light which is available. LightTherapyInsiders.com is a good review site.

Hi Elijah_I,
I purchased a Hooga red light therapy portable, handheld bulb on Amazon and absolutely love it. I went a step further and also purchased a really nice gooseneck clip-on lamp holder to put the bulb in. This allows me to clamp it to my bathroom vanity countertop, freeing up my hands, and I sit on a stool while doing the therapy sessions. Granted, the handheld takes longer to do all the areas I want (6-9 mins, depending on area), but it definitely works! I see a difference in my skin, and feel much better when I’m consistent with using it (once daily). My plan is to eventually purchase a panel from this company, which will reduce the time and target larger areas at once. Here are the links in case you’re interested…
