The Future of Scientific Publishing

The Wall Street Journal recently reported that Kennedy’s HHS is pushing back on the “old guard” of scientific publishing—accusing them of suppressing dissent, rubber-stamping industry narratives, and gatekeeping what qualifies as “real science.”

In a world shaped by trust wars and credibility crises, could or JIM (Journal of Independent Medicine) become one of the new gold standard publications for doctors and patients who just want honest, evidence-based research?

Could this finally be science breaking free from its echo chamber?

Have you had a chance to read the articles in JIM volume two? https://imahealth.org/tag/journal-of-independent-medicine/

Are there any other medical journals other than JIM that are trustworthy? The majors don’t seem to be based on recent history. Perhaps some of the minor journals have a better track record.
