    Safer regarding compromised gut for COVID prevent (HCQ or IVER)

    Not sure if appropriate here. Going to attend a wedding and want to take either HCQ or Ivermectin as protection. I am recovering from microscopic colitis and trying to figure out which of the two would safer to not trigger diarrhea. Maybe either ok since just a couple doses? Appreciate help

    Any time I’m going to be in a crowd (recently local St Patrick dinner), I take both for the length of time I’m going to be exposed. Just remember to take them separately taking IVM with a heavier mail and HCQ with zinc. I’ve never had any problems with either drug despite gastric issues. I just take 12 mg IVM and 200 mg HCQ.
