It’s quoted that he vows to take on the agencies, both Phrama and Food, and restore them to the traditions of Gold Standard Scientific Research.
We can see by the immediate effect it had when Pharma stocks plunged just after the announcement.
Are you excited about this appointment – answer yes or no? If you feel like it, add what you would like to see tackled by him and his team in their first year?

Yes encouraged. Where to start? Government! Purge the agencies that are impeding actual science and health and wellness goals. Change the cultures of the government to support wellness instead of sickness and disease mediation. Separate track. Outlaw through legislation those consumables that contribute to sickness. Create alternatives to the AMA like the FLCCC as a check against the medical establishment. Lots of different pathways to reworking the health and human services arm of our government to work for the people instead of profiting big pharma, insurance, the medical establishment, the food industry, and government officials. Curious to see how far we can progress in the next four years and to put into place permanent programs that will outlast the next administration.

Great list, and I agree that it would be wonderful to see lasting changes take place. I have seen many suggesting we end pharma being able to advertise on day 1.
