Resveratrol and autophagy question

Resveratrol is supposed to induce autophagy. I was wondering if this can replace intermittent fasting. If I take this supplement will I be in a continuous state of autophagy ?

I have a further question: do we want to be in a constant state of autophagy? Right now, it seems like “humans” need a certain amount of autophagy, and we may need more if we are loaded with spike protein and/or other toxins. But I really wonder what the optimal level is. And if there is such a thing as too much or too little autophagy?

A paper is about to be published (in pre-print at the moment) by Dr. David L Kaufman, MD https://longcovidtheanswers.com/team/david-kaufman-md/ and the paper is a study about repurposing Rapamycin. Rapamycin downregulates mTOR and this in turn induces autophagy. This is an exciting new tool in the arsenal.
