I had Covid in 2022. No Jab. Two weeks later developed a cough and extremely dry mouth and tongue with grooves. It subsided for 6 months, but has returned. Living on cough drops. Anyone else?

Yes. I have terrible dry mouth. I had blamed the vax but maybe it was COVID. It is most unpleasant and there doesn’t appear to be anything to do about it.
