    Many of you may already follow Dr. Meryl Nass, who has been at the forefront of medical freedom and transparency in public health. She’s now raising the alarm on a new issue with big implications:

    📜 A rider has been quietly added to the Senate Appropriations bill that could give pesticide manufacturers (like Bayer/Monsanto) permanent liability protection—even when their products cause harm.

    The trick?

    It would block courts from requiring updated safety warnings on pesticide labels. And as Dr. Nass explains, that’s exactly where plaintiffs have been successfully winning cases—by proving that people weren’t adequately warned.
