Our colleagues have just reposted Dr Marik’s post on X – https://x.com/drpaulmarik1/status/1950948108210426126
Do you think Ohio is leading the way in protecting physicians and their patients?
Here’s what HB 12 | SB 209 “The Jeff, Dave, & Angie Patient Right to Try Act” would do:
- Ensure healthcare professionals have the right to engage in scientific debate and warn the public of risks of medical interventions, including vaccination without licensure retaliation.
- Ensure patients can fill prescriptions from their physician without obstruction from pharmacists, pharmacy boards and hospital bureaucrats.
- Ensure physicians do not suffer retaliation from licensing boards for using innovation in prescribing FDA approved drugs for off-label purposes to treat their consenting patients.
