    Is Your Training Really Supporting Long-Term Health?

    Just finished going through the latest men’s health guide that reframes muscle as a metabolic organ. It connects strength training, daily movement, nervous system balance, and nutrition with testosterone, insulin sensitivity, mood, and longevity in a really practical way.

    I’m 61 soonish, so this nugget caught my attention: grip and leg strength are stronger predictors of survival than blood pressure or cholesterol in men over 60. That’s going to be a real focus
